Shoulders, Arms, Glutes, Hamstrings, Quadriceps, Core
Single Arm KettleBell swing with side lunge
4 sets of 12 on each side
Arms, Core,Quadriceps, Hamstrings, Calves , Glutes
Single Arm Dumbell Step-Ups
4 sets of 12 reps each side
