Arguably ,the biggest move of the year for QLF ( even though podcast have peaked into be cultural norms, And your grandmas is probably recording one right now) the QLF Podcast is something different. before today, nothing like this existed. A new fresh young voice , A product of this generation, an avid fitness enthusiast while a deep thinker about its cultural importance all while in the middle of my fourth and fifth squat set.
For a long time health and fitness has been fed to us by the privileged , from older New York, who told this generation what we should and shouldn’t do with our bodies and mental health . QLFPodcast looks to bring back the feeling of inclusion and just open interesting convo to workout tips , myths , fads, and intospective thinking.of health in general.
Today’s show is with two great people ! Rob Markman and Kristen Carol from the Red Light Special Podcast. If you’ve watched MTV in the last 5 years you’ve manage to see Rob interviewing your favorite rap artist and if you look close enough into your favorite Netflix show you’ll see Kristen coral acting along with with her unique position in a male dominated industry of podcast radio.
