If you know me personally, then you know that I’ve always been committed to pushing our culture forward. So for the past eight years, across New York State and at one of the nation’s premiere gyms, I’ve used my expertise as an athlete and certified personal trainer to help hundreds of clients meet their weight management and athletic performance goals. This year, I’m proud to share that I’m expanding my independent personal training practice. Starting today, I’ll be taking on clients for 1-on-1 training at private gym facilities across NYC and through in-residence sessions.
